Pursuant to Public Law 99-499 Title III, of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to Know Act of 1986 (EPCRA under section 303, 311, 312 and 324) annual Tier 2 Documents are filed and available for public viewing.

The location for viewing of these documents is the Des Moines County Emergency Management Agency, 512 N. Main Street, Suite 1, Burlington, Iowa between the hours of 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
